We are seeking a diligent and committed caretaker to deliver exceptional results for unit owners, body corporate, and guests.

The Role

You will be a key member of our team responsible for maintaining the upkeep and operation of our resort-style complex.

This includes ensuring operational caretaking duties are carried out efficiently, assisting with facility management, and maintaining gardens and grounds.

Your tasks will also include checking and maintaining guest rooms, beach front windows/balconies prior to arrival, sweeping/blowing/hosing pathways, and maintaining carpark areas.

You will assist with regular refuse management, including managing chutes and council waste collection from designated areas.

Additionally, you will undertake basic property maintenance, such as repairs, and assist with coordinating tradespeople for general repairs and maintenance.

Experience Required
  • Substantial experience in onsite holiday property management and caretaking is desirable.
  • Proven experience in Building and Property Management, superior communication and negotiation skills, and a demonstrated record of honesty, integrity, and diligence are essential.
  • Previous experience in Facilities Management and trade qualifications will be highly regarded.

You must be reliable, motivated, and hardworking, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

You must also be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively, and possess a committed mature attitude.
