Role Overview:

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance through insightful reporting, thorough analysis, and effective modeling. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing operational efficiencies via standardization and automation, while also promoting best practices and ongoing improvements within the revenue operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of three senior analysts, guiding them in data utilization to deliver impactful commercial insights to sales, pricing, and operational teams.
  • Manage the revenue reporting and analytical processes, including weekly performance updates, monthly revenue assessments, and strategic revenue planning.
  • Coordinate the annual external revenue audit, collaborating with auditors and finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Administer the sales incentive program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to contribute to peak planning and sales and operations planning initiatives.
  • Work alongside the continuous improvement team to develop comprehensive business dashboards focused on revenue metrics.
  • Engage with various teams to meet reporting deadlines and maintain accuracy in data presentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Over 10 years of experience in commercial accounting, with roles such as Commercial Manager, FP&A Manager, or Pricing Manager.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
  • Proven expertise in commercial reporting, analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets using tools like Power BI and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex findings.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
