About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor at Coles Group Manufacturing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel and overseeing the maintenance of equipment and processes to ensure high reliability.

About You and Your Skills
  • Proven experience in leading a team of tradespeople in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong background in preventative maintenance and resource planning.
  • Able to lead, develop, and inspire team members, building capability and driving accountability in a high-volume environment.
  • Trade qualification in Industrial Electrical or Mechanical.
  • Excellent understanding of safety systems, including LOTO, work permits, and hazardous work.
  • Knowledge of food processing industry and food safety practices, such as HACCP and GMP principles.
  • CMMS experience and ability to manage MEX and team activities.
  • Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve issues.
