The Role

As a Research Associate, you will lead theoretical research on quantum information processing with high-spin nuclei in silicon. Your primary objective is to develop novel theory for quantum information processing in high-dimensional systems and provide strategic guidance for the experimental effort.

Key Responsibilities

You will report directly to Scientia Professor Andrea Morello and contribute to shaping the research agenda.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • PhD (or nearing completion) in quantum physics, quantum engineering, or a related field
  • A demonstrated track record of developing innovative theory in the field of quantum information processing and quantum error correction
  • Proven ability to conduct independent research with minimal supervision
