This initial 3 month assignment offers competitive hourly rates and the potential for extension. You will work closely with managers to identify and report on emerging employee relations issues, provide strategic industrial relations advice, and support in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes.

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist with knowledge of redeployment processes and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a State Government environment. As an experienced professional, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and have a valid police check or ability to obtain one. Additionally, you must be triple vaccinated or willing to get the third vaccine.
