Our company, TK Capital Group, is an investment company involved in Chinese food, sushi, Asian supermarkets and other retail industries.
**The Role**
Up to now, our administrative team and operations manager are responsible for talent recruitment and human resource responsibilities. However, with the continuous development of our company, we need a special leader to supervise and expand the personnel department more and more. In this role, you'll be creating new systems and processes for efficient talent acquisition, recruitment, on boarding, training, cultivating strong relationships with existing staff, and spearheading new HR-related projects that help push TK CAPITAL GROUP forward.
This role is most suitable for those who are looking for a unique opportunity and challenge in start-ups to get development. Due to the rapid growth of our company and the pivotal role recruiting plays, there's potential for the role to evolve and perhaps one day even lead to higher responsibilities such as becoming the Chief People Officer (CPO). Many of our early employees in TK CAPITAL GROUP have been promoted to leadership positions and continue to work hard and contribute to our vision.
**Key Responsibilities**
As our first official Talent & HR Manager, you'll be working on further developing and maintaining our recruiting, training and HR processes. Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drafting new job postings and descriptions.
- Coordinating and conducting interview.
- Handle letters with job seekers.
- Organize employee 'documents and supervise the induction process.
- Strengthen the recruitment process and prepare relevant documents.
- Initiate creative recruitment activities and contribute to marketing work.
- Manage payroll processing in cooperation with the account team.
- scheduling staff rosters and managing leave requests, sickness reports, and off-days.
- Ensure that employees and workplace comply with regulations.
- Establish working relations with team members.
- leading peer feedback sessions and conducting one-on-one meetings.
- championing professional development and promoting growth opportunities within the team.
**Experience Requirements**
- **Bachelor's Degree** (or higher) in HR/Management/Business/Operations
- **5+ Years Experience **in HR, and/or Recruiting/Management/Operations Experience
**Language Requirement**:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Simplified) is required for this role.
