About This Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as a Director of Operations. In this role, you will provide high-level advice and support on complex matters spanning policy, planning, and operations involving the Infrastructure and Asset Management Division within the Ministry of Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Office of the Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, projects, and communications across the Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure.
  • Provide timely, strategic advice on sensitive and complex matters involving multiple stakeholders, and often under public and political scrutiny.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, government officials, and other key stakeholders.

You will be an experienced executive with a strong track record of leadership and strategic thinking. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
