Leadership Opportunity

A challenging leadership role has become available in a respected aged care provider. This is an opportunity for an experienced Residential Service Manager or Senior Aged Care leader to take the lead in a high-functioning home with a strong team and excellent clinical support.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in residential aged care, including operational, clinical, and people management skills. They will also be registered as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) and have a long-term mindset, seeking to grow with the service and the team.

This position offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of residents and staff while enjoying a relaxed lifestyle in a coastal community.

  • Stability: Only two managers over the past five years
  • Accreditation: Fully accredited, reaccreditation not due until 2026
  • Supportive structure: RSM, CCC, RN, EN, PCA - experienced and engaged staff
  • Community impact: Lead a home where residents and staff are deeply connected
  • Low-complexity care environment: Long-term residents
  • Autonomy with support: Work closely with a GM and Regional CEO who value strong leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced and engaged staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the GM and Regional CEO to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and community partners
