Aged Care Professional

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Aged Care Professionals to provide high-quality nursing care and support for residents in a regional setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others while exploring regional Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, person-centred care to residents with varying needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams as needed.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on health management and well-being.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, geriatrics, or clinical nursing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with electronic health records.
