About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven professional to join our team as a Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our partner portfolio in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners across the AU region, focusing on driving partner growth and success;
  • Develop and implement partner programs designed to strengthen collaboration and support mutual growth with our brand;
  • Gain a deep understanding of partners' businesses, strategies, and challenges, and secure ongoing joint initiatives that deliver value;
  • Ensure our products are effectively represented and merchandised within retail environments;
  • Proactively monitor and analyse the local market, including competitor activity, trends, and opportunities, and share insights with internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives and achieve set targets.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in channels, ideally within the IT industry;
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and the IT channel ecosystem;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to break down complex tasks into actionable steps to achieve shared goals;
  • Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to build strong relationships, networks, and trust with business executives;
  • Possess a solid understanding of customers' businesses, strategies, and challenges;
  • Thrive in value-based business environments, with the capability to work strategically and develop long-term partnerships across broad stakeholder groups;
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia.
