About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering McDonald's expansion strategy. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations.">
  • Administer contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.">
  • Evaluate site investigations, vendor deals, and project documentation to ensure feasibility and alignment with brand standards.">
  • Lead the tendering and appointment of contractors, suppliers, and consultants.">
  • Oversee defect rectification, final cost analysis, and project archiving.">
  • Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers, sharing learnings and driving best practices.">

You Will Thrive in This Role If:

  • ">
  • You have a qualification in architecture, building, construction, engineering, or a related field.">
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.">
  • You have strong knowledge of NCC/BCA, SOPA, WHS legislation, and Australian Standards.">
  • You have proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.">
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • You have a proactive, strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.">
