**Job Title:** Senior Financial Crime Compliance Partner

About the Role:

This pivotal opportunity is for a seasoned financial professional to lead our Group-wide approach to regulatory reporting and screening within Financial Crime Compliance.

You will provide strategic advisory and oversight across sanctions, third-party, customer, employee, and payment screening, collaborating closely with analytics and risk teams to validate data integrity and support robust compliance frameworks.

  • Spearhead the development of effective governance and operational frameworks to ensure compliance with IFTI and TTR reporting obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sophisticated screening programs.

You will play a critical role in shaping our organization's ability to meet its financial crime compliance obligations while driving strategic outcomes and continuous improvement.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong background in screening and regulatory reporting.

Your expertise should include a deep understanding of AML/CTF and AUSTRAC guidance, as well as experience in navigating complex initiatives and building trusted relationships across the business.
