Overview:

We seek a skilled professional to join our team in the role of restoration technician. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to lift up to 100 pounds and have a valid driver's license.


Responsibilities:
  • Initiate mitigation protocols according to IICRC standards and company processes.
  • Communicate with customers about scope of work and establish expectations.
  • Obtain necessary documentation (photos, work authorizations, certificate of completions, etc.).
  • Update all job files with loss information daily.
  • Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times.
  • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.


Requirements:
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT is required; ASD, Mold, and Fire Cleaning are desired).
  • 1-3 years' experience in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up.
  • Valid Driver's License (no DUIs or suspensions in the past 4 years).
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Working knowledge of MICA, Xactanalysis, DASH, and other restoration applications.
