This is a dynamic role that requires a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced Service Co-ordinator who will be responsible for providing assistance to our Senior Support Coordinator, as well as managing a caseload of NDIS clients. The successful candidate will support these clients to identify, coordinate and implement a range of supports to enable greater individual participation in their home and community.
In this role, you will also be responsible for assisting the Senior Support Coordinator with the administration of NDIS plans, implementation of plans and reporting. You will need to accurately and timely enter data related to NDIS and provide timely and comprehensive information and advice in response to enquiries from potential and current clients/families regarding NDIS.
You will develop, continuously improve and streamline internal processes to ensure efficiency, scalability and sustainability. You will also ensure that databases and systems are kept up to date. Additionally, you will organise the care team whilst considering the changing needs of participants.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Senior Support Coordinator with the administration of NDIS plans
- Accurate and timely data entry pertaining to NDIS
- Providing timely and comprehensive information and advice in response to enquiries from potential and current clients/families regarding NDIS
- Developing, continuously improving and streamlining internal processes to ensure efficiency, scalability and sustainability
- Ensuring that databases and systems are kept up to date
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to possess strong organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have experience in NDIS (Support Coordination, Planning, Plan Management) and Disability services, coupled with administrative experience. You will also need to demonstrate a willingness to learn, take ownership of work, use initiative and be resourceful.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday. You will be required to hold a valid driver's licence and eligibility to clear probity checks, including a Disability Worker Screening Clearance Card. Qualifications in Human, Community and/or Disability Services are highly desirable.
