About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Service and Administration Representative. This key role will provide excellent customer service to our growing department, contributing positively to daily requirements by providing great service and accurate information to internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various duties including:

  • Customer Support Services
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to provide exceptional customer service
  • Data entry of purchase orders
  • Purchasing Assistance
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on purchase order ETA's
  • Building strong positive relationships with customers
  • Scheduling Support
  • Assisting with job scheduling and forecasting to issue to factory floor
  • Ensuring scheduled volumes align with factory capabilities
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • General administration including safety administration and organisational support to managers and supervisors

Requirements

We require an individual with previous administration experience in a customer-focused role, who is a full unrestricted Australian citizen or permanent resident, has high-level computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and demonstrates commitment to safe work practices. The ideal candidate will also have a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team.
