In today's fast-paced business environment, we're seeking a seasoned Corporate Treasury Strategist to drive our capital planning process and develop effective liquidity management strategies.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and prepare key performance indicators related to capital and liquidity. You'll work closely with the Treasurer and CFO to align our capital and liquidity strategies with business initiatives and growth plans, while establishing policies and procedures within our treasury function.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressively responsible positions in Treasury or other related Finance functions, with strong relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills in a dynamic fintech environment.

  • Liquidity Management: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for raising capital through debt and equity markets.">
  • Financing Transactions: Lead the planning, negotiation, execution, and management of secured and unsecured credit facilities, equity issuances, share buybacks, and other capital or hybrid capital programs.">
  • Banking Relations: Work with Investor Relations to establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and rating agencies.">
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor market conditions to identify opportunities for financing at optimal terms and costs, and develop related hedging activities.">
