The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achievement in education leadership, with a deep understanding of curriculum development, staff management, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and leadership to drive student outcomes and staff performance.
  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and engagement of students.
  • Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and the broader community to promote partnerships and collaborations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and resource allocation.

The successful applicant will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills. They will have a proven ability to build strong teams, foster a culture of collaboration and respect, and drive positive change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational leadership experience, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
