Agronomist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our team in providing expert advice and solutions to growers across the region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive agronomic support, including planning, monitoring, and testing on a variety of crops
  • Develop tailored recommendations to address growers' specific challenges and opportunities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering product recommendations
  • Conduct farm visits to provide personalized support and implementation guidance for agronomic solutions
  • Maximize promotional opportunities through demonstrations and trial work at field days and farmer meetings
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or a related field, along with AgSafe accreditation
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment within ag products
  • Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, achieving results
  • Familiarity with digital Farm Management Systems for farm planning and recording recommendations
