Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day front office operations at our venue. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure.

You will supervise a dedicated team, act as the key liaison between guests, property owners, and internal departments, and ensure that all operational standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the front office staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and their team, collaborating with other departments to maintain operational standards, coordinate guest services, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate trust accounting processes in line with legislative requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring clear and proactive communication
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel's appearance and cleanliness in public areas
  • Train and develop front office staff to uphold the highest standards of customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a supervisory capacity
  • Familiarity with RMS (Property Management System) is preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
  • First Aid and Emergency Response Handling (ERH) certification is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
