Job Description

This is a role that supports the smooth operation of our venue, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and closing the venue in line with established standards
  • Guiding and training the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
  • Managing reservations and optimizing revenue through efficient booking systems
  • Monitoring bar stock, controlling costs, and managing ordering processes
  • Addressing maintenance issues and reporting promptly to senior management
  • Assisting with weekly reconciliations and key performance indicator reporting
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and frontline guest relations
Requirements
  • Strong operational sense, including stock control and cost management
  • Experience in coaching teams and maintaining high service standards
  • Leadership and communication skills in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent guest service focus and ability to resolve issues professionally
  • Wine knowledge is a strong asset; familiarity with Asian food and beverage is an advantage
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive under pressure
