Delivering Exceptional Care to Primary School-Aged Children

We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2IC to assist in delivering an outstanding experience for children in our care.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about kids, has loads of energy, and loves to have fun. As a 2IC, you will work closely with the Director of Service to create and implement enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).

  • Assist in developing and implementing engaging activities that cater to the needs and interests of primary school-aged children.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and provide support wherever possible.
  • Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies as required.
  • Contribute to the co-management or coordination of the school holiday program.
