Lead Click and Collect Specialist

Job Description:
The role of a Lead Click and Collect Specialist involves overseeing the daily operations of our online department. This includes managing a team of Personal Shoppers who select and pack online orders in-store. Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience through timely order fulfillment and seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the online department, ensuring seamless integration with store operations.
- Provide guidance and support to Personal Shoppers to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.
- Ensure accurate order management and timely delivery or collection of orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles.
