We are currently seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independent lives at home on the Central Coast

Our boutique agency offers services in aged and disability care to clients living in their own homes on the Central Coast, NSW
If you are an experienced Care Worker and enjoy caring for others, then we would like to talk to you

**Your new role will be responsible for**:

- Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
- Following client care plans and actively identifying client care needs
- Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant others
- Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate client’s self-care at home

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Current Australian National Police check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Full Australian Driver’s licence and own reliable insured car

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certificate III in either Aged Care, Disability Services, Individual Support, Community Service or related experience
- High level of time management and organisational ability
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
