People Transformation Opportunity

This role is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful impact within the Water Corporation's Transformation Group.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support and partnership with business leaders and managers to implement people transformation initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline, along with substantial experience in coaching, supporting and advising leaders/stakeholders on matters to achieve improvement in employee experience and business outcomes.

Benefits include real flexibility, with options to work from home and flexible work hours, as well as two well-being days each year to do whatever you need to feel good. Generous co-contribution superannuation up to 13% is also available.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience working on enterprise-wide transformation projects
  • Strong consulting skills in structured problem solving and group facilitation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to utilise PowerPoint to express recommendations
  • Knowledge of organisational change management, organisational design and project management methodologies

This opportunity will allow you to be part of Water Corporations Transformation initiatives, providing people transformation advisory to priority projects to shape how we deliver water services across WA.
