Store Leadership Opportunity

As a Store Manager at lululemon, you will be accountable for every aspect of the retail store operations, ensuring that all areas of the store are engaged, performing, and delivering world-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and foster a positive and inclusive team environment and culture.
  • Develop a clear vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives.
  • Manage the store's hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Support ongoing learning and development of all store team members.
  • Plan and prepare team member schedule according to labour requirements and availability.
Guest Experience and Community:
  • Support team members to ensure a great guest experience.
  • Lead dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
  • Enhance brand awareness and acceptance in the community by cultivating inclusive relationships with partners and influencers.
Working with Others:
  • Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate with in-store team members to ensure optimal guest experience.
Operations:
  • Manage whole store performance in accordance with goals.
  • Plan and execute quarterly and annual planning for store.
  • Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of leadership experience and be willing to work a flexible schedule.
