Job Title: State Gym and Retail Operations Manager
At our global activewear brand, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the strategic and operational aspects of both the gym and retail facets of locations across South Australia.
- Develop and implement innovative retail strategies and merchandising techniques to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with Gym Managers to ensure seamless integration of retail areas with gym operations, enhancing the overall member experience.
- Provide expert guidance on visual merchandising, store layout, and product assortment to maximise retail sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications: Significant experience in multi-site retail or fitness operations management, strong analytical skills, leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Lead and optimise performance of gym and retail operations across all South Australia locations, driving retail sales growth through innovative retail concepts.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
