About the Role

As a Client Services Administrator at Abacus Human Capital, you will play a crucial function in keeping our firm running smoothly and to deadlines. Your key responsibilities will include liaising with the ATO regarding payment plans and client details, collating Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements, preparing client invoices, and supporting leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax division.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office administration role, preferably in public practice accounting firms
  • Proficiency in MYOB and Xero is highly desirable
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
