As a key member of our educational team, the Curriculum Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic experience of our students. This dynamic educator will oversee the development and implementation of curricula for Years 3-6, ensuring seamless alignment with national standards and school policies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective curricula that cater to diverse learning needs, promoting academic excellence and student engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to support curriculum delivery, model lessons, and provide coaching to enhance student outcomes.
  • Manage assessments, analyze student data, and maintain accurate progress trackers to inform instructional decisions.
  • Work in tandem with the Head of Primary to design and deliver professional learning programs, driving teacher growth and student achievement.
  • Coordinate literacy initiatives, including EDI and The Writing Revolution, to foster a love of reading and promote academic success.

  • Be a committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Excel in communication skills, effectively interacting with staff, students, families, and colleagues.
  • Hold a recognized teaching qualification and current registration.
  • Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with parents, support staff, and peers.
  • Obtain a current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
