Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-driven payroll professional with a passion for process improvement and service excellence to join our finance department.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee wages and related company payments.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including salary adjustments and leave balances.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to staff and management regarding payroll matters.
  • Responding to payroll-related enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with process improvements, automation and simplification initiatives.
  • Performing general payroll administration and data entry tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous payroll processing experience (essential).
  • Strong understanding of payroll procedures and related documentation.
  • Experience using payroll systems.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on solutions and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
