Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Insights Professional to join our team.

This role partners with senior finance leaders to deliver high-quality financial analysis, insights, and reporting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with commercial and sales teams, support key projects, and provide ongoing support across the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting system data reconciliation, uploads, and maintenance across finance systems.
  • Assisting with annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly results analysis.
  • Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Preparing accurate financial reports for local and global teams.
  • Partnering with brand teams to evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Delivering meaningful insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a matrix organisation, with a strong background in budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • A tertiary degree with CA/CPA qualification.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, One Stream, and BI tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across local and global teams.
