About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to join our team in coaching partnerships. As a coach, you will work closely with clients to explore their career aspirations, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Sourcing and creating career opportunities that match clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Championing inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engaging and working alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Brokering work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Preparing workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitating employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
  • Building employer and community networks to create job opportunities
  • Promoting Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meeting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks.
