  • Work with clients to plan next career steps and assist in finding the right job.
  • Build strong relationships to understand goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.

The ideal candidate will bring empathy, energy, and a drive to make a difference. They may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services and be confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers. Strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach, and a high standard of service are essential.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
