About Us
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Secondary Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical utility projects, with a strong understanding of design drafting and project management.
The role involves preparing panel layouts, schematic designs, switchroom/terminal station layouts, cable/wiring schedules and related documentation for the design of HV and EHV terminal stations and substations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare technical documentation for electrical transmission and distribution projects
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this opportunity, you will need to have:
- A Diploma of Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
- Demonstrated experience within the Electrical Transmissions/Distribution industry
