Job Description

The Group Gaming Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our gaming operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high standards across multiple venues.

This position involves overseeing the development and implementation of procedures, conducting staff inductions and training, and providing ongoing support to ensure team members have the skills needed to excel in their roles.

A strong focus on compliance, process, and procedure is essential for this role, as is the ability to build and maintain a positive team culture.

Key priorities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective procedures to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Conducting regular staff inductions and training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills
  • Providing ongoing support and coaching to staff to help them achieve their full potential

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum five years of experience in a gaming management or supervisory role
  • Strong proficiency in gaming, cash handling, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations is highly desirable

Additional requirements include:

  • Current Victorian Gaming License
  • Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • First aid and food handling certificates
