Lead Gaming Operations

We seek an experienced Leader to drive our gaming operations and ensure excellence.

  • Oversee the day-to-day gaming room operations.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
  • Coordinate training for the team to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue.
  • Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code.

Key Qualifications:

  • Gaming experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and build effective teams.
  • Operational expertise to achieve financial targets.
  • Current RSA and RSG are essential.
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic and professional team.
