Lead Gaming Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the gaming operations team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gaming room and driving results through effective team management.

  • Leading and developing a team to achieve exceptional guest experience;">
  • Coordinating training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence;">
  • Maintaining exceptional presentation standards of the Venue;">
  • Implementing and championing the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code;">
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive business results;">

Requirements:

  • Gaming experience within a venue;">
  • Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture;">
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets;">
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications;">
