Job Opportunity

This role combines the functions of Gaming Attendant and Relief Assistant Duty Manager. As a customer-focused professional, you will deliver exceptional service to patrons while acting as Relief Assistant Duty Manager when required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate gaming machines, manage drink orders and deliveries, and operate TAB and Keno terminals
  • Clean workstations and equipment, operate tills, and handle cash
  • Support the Duty Management team in coordinating shifts and providing training and mentoring to develop team members
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold relevant certifications: RSA, RCG, Tab Basics
  • Prior experience in a similar Bar or Gaming role
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance with NSW liquor and gaming legislation
  • Availability to work nights and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing shift rosters
