About This Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to lead our Senior program at a 110 place Before and After School care service.

As a successful candidate, you will have the autonomy to plan and deliver enriching experiences for primary-aged children, building strong relationships with their families and the school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and roster your team of passionate educators.
  • Build a fantastic relationship with your school and partner on school events and community engagement.
  • Foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight.
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation.
  • Be the glue that connects us with your school community.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you're talking with a child, parent, educator or school principal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • A natural leadership ability with an eye for detail.
  • A genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
