We are seeking a senior business development leader to join our high-performing team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced business leader who can take ownership of the team's workflow and development. Working closely with directors and senior team members, you will be supported to deliver work across a complex and diverse client base and build your client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification and significant experience in business development or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Dynamic and flexible approach
- Warm and inclusive leadership style that brings the best out of your people
Melbourne-based has 130 team members and 18 Directors across Melbourne CBD and Geelong offices, with exciting growth plans ahead.
