About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our new Macgregor store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive the operational and sales performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to formulate and execute action plans to drive store performance
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock optimisation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a commercial, customer-centric supervisory or Assistant Store Manager role
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to support the Store Manager in the overall running of the store
  • Experience in large format, high-volume retail and fashion or trend-oriented retail
  • Strong delegation skills and ability to drive team productivity
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to create, collaborate, and implement ideas to improve store trade
