Job Summary

We're seeking two exceptional Assistant Store Managers to join our Management team in southern Brisbane. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals, ultimately driving store performance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your commercial acumen to optimize profitability, leveraging opportunities across sales, interior decorator programs, Net Promoter Score (NPS), engagement, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and strike rates.
  • Inspire your team and customers with your product knowledge and passion for the Freedom brand, embodying our values and mission.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and a high-performance culture, facilitated by regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and propose potential solutions, valuing the input of your team members on how we can improve.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, ad-hoc training, and other duties as required.
  • Embed safety as a core aspect of your team's daily activities, empowering them to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
