Key Responsibilities

This position involves advising clients on complex liability matters, with approximately 70% of work in Public Liability and 30% in Recoveries. You will have autonomy and support to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong litigation experience, preferably in defendant insurance.
  • A current practising certificate for Queensland.
  • 3+ years PQE.
  • Self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.
  • Team player, professional, client-focused, and supportive of colleagues.
