About the Role

Leading digital transformations requires vision, expertise, and strategic thinking. At a portfolio, program or project level, you will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing digital and technology strategies for system managers and health services/providers. You will define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.

  • Create options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.
  • Manage and implement technology-enabled transformational change that improves the day-to-day lives of providers and patients.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital health and digital transformation. A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience is required. Project Management certification is desirable but not mandatory.

You will be working within large and multi-disciplinary teams, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving. The ability to produce concise and impactful presentations and reports is essential.

A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, is also required.
