Transforming the Healthcare Sector

We are seeking a Senior Director with 7-10 years of experience in Digital Health and Transformation to join our team. As a key member, you will be at the forefront of innovative projects that improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams to support digital and technology strategies for healthcare managers and services/providers.
  • Define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals.
  • Conduct options analysis, develop business cases, and submit funding proposals for local, state, and federal departments and providers.
  • Manage and implement technology-enabled transformational change that improves daily lives of providers and patients.
  • Develop business development activities that directly impact our growth and reputation in the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Digital Health and Transformation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile) desirable.
  • Experience leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level.
  • Confidence and experience working in large and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
