About this role

As a front office receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in guests promptly and professionally
  • Handle guest enquiries and requests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Assist guests with luggage, directions, and local area information
  • Maintain accurate records and reports relating to guest stays and financial transactions
  • Assist with the general upkeep and presentation of the hotel reception area

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in front office or reception
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using technology and hotel management systems
