As a Nurse Care Professional, you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve best practice patient outcomes.
Your role involves exercising professional judgment and autonomy in the clinical setting, while adhering to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Practice according to code of ethics, professional standards, and legislation affecting nursing practice.
- Participate in a working environment that supports quality human resource management practices, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety, and ethical behavior.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality services and workplaces.
- Fulfill the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Public Service Values.
