We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to oversee our regional customer service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all customer service aspects, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer service operations across all NSW/ACT sites, including resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory control and maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency of stock management systems.
  • Deliver labor assistance and support to customers undertaking field activities, including managing or operating field storage areas.
  • Maintain engagement with customers through designated service counters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of security-protected assets, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing operations and warehouse management systems.
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for an Australian AGSVA Security Clearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams across various warehouse operations and geographical locations, prioritizing safe work procedures and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of warehousing and management systems, with previous Defence warehousing and logistics experience highly desirable.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service and working with teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and applying methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
