  • Support the Store Manager to operate an effective and profitable store.
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing and fostering a customer focused culture through the execution of sales, service and compliance initiatives.
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPIs and sales targets.
  • Support the Store Manager in training, mentoring and coaching Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning.
About the Job

We're looking for someone with established experience in a customer focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager preferably in a retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people and communication skills and have the ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales whilst supporting a culture of openness, courage and joyfulness.
