Job Title: Regional Fleet SupervisorFleet Maintenance Responsibilities:

The Regional Fleet Supervisor oversees a team of technicians performing repairs and maintenance on a fleet of buses, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Job Functions:

  • Maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient bus fleet by performing or supervising routine and complex maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise staff from various trades, including mechanics, body repairers, and auto electricians.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement strategies for daily workshop activities and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to verify components are operational and vehicles are roadworthy.
  • Investigate and report on any issues affecting performance.
  • Oversee warranty procedures and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Current NSW MVTC Motor Mechanic trade certificate or equivalent experience in bus maintenance.
  • Current HC drivers license (or C class license with willingness to upgrade).
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Senior First Aid certification (desired).
