As a Supply Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain, from receiving and picking stock to coordinating logistics and providing excellent customer service.

As a Supply Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with supply management for hospitals, including receiving, picking, receipting, and supply chain coordination
  • Handling supply and hospital queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Performing general duties in logistics, including data entry and inventory control
  • Engaging in physical work requiring a high level of activity, such as lifting and carrying heavy objects
  • Working with urgency and efficiency to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Demonstrating good literacy and numeracy skills, as well as time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Exercising autonomy and working effectively within a team environment
  • Using computerised purchasing systems to manage stock and track orders
